Phase Two
I have officially moved on to Phase Two of the South Beach Diet. I can drink skim milk again Yay! I can eat whole wheat tortillas and non fat yogurt. Oh the possibilities! My weight has stayed at 147-148 and I feel great! I have noticed that during the weekends I get a little crazy and hungry and eat way too much but during the week I feel a lot more in control and eat a lot better. I drink lots of water and snack on nuts and light string cheese.

Hello skinny minni. I admire you for being so dedicated and loosing weight! Way to go! I am discouraged because I have stopped loosing weight. And I cant diet because I am breast feeding. I am so sick of my maternity pants!! I will keep reading your blog and it will help me eat healthy.
