So, yesterday was Day 1 of my diet. It went pretty well. We went to my cousin's mission farewell and there was a lot of goodies I had to resist but I did it. (cakes, brownies, juice, fresh rolls out the oven, carrot cake, etc, etc!) I had eggs for breakfast, lunchmeat and cheese for lunch, and a modified taco salad for dinner, and eggs for a late night snack. I can feel my body changing already. Probably not losing the weight yet, but just flushing out all the sugar is hard but good. I didn't cheat once! woohoo!
I am pretty detemined to keep with it.
My starting weight as of last week was 161.
My Day 1 weight was 157.9.
I think a lot of that was just water weight but sweet! Looks like a great start to me!!!
