I am going to reach my goal weight of 133 pounds by March 15th.
This is a fact.
I beleive.
Today is day one of the south beach diet phase one.
Yay!
Yesterday I knew I was starting the diet today so I kind of binged a little.
So I gained two pounds yesterday! Crappy i know.
Well, at least now I can say I have lost more.
So this morning the scale said 151.7.
And the other day I was 149.
Well I am hoping to get down to 133.
That's a loss of 18.7 pounds.
Less than 20.
I can do it! I am going to do it!
Here I go!
